We want you to love your order from Midnight Smoke Co, but if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to help.
Change of Mind
We totally get it — sometimes things just aren’t the vibe you thought they’d be. If you’ve had a change of heart, we’re happy to offer store credit for unused and unopened products.
Here’s how it works:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery that you’d like to return your item.

The product must still be in its original condition and packaging.

You’ll just need to cover the return postage.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll send you a store credit to use anytime.
We don’t offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns, but your credit never expires — so you can grab something else when the mood hits.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Email us at contactus@midnightsmokeco.com.au with your order number, a description, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on what’s most suitable.

You may be asked to return the original item before we process your refund or replacement.
Important Notes

For hygiene and safety reasons, smoking accessories (including bongs, pipes, and mouthpieces) cannot be returned once opened or used.

Refunds and credits are processed only after inspection and confirmation by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during transit.

Local Delivery Returns (Perth Metro)
For orders delivered via our local delivery service:

We may be able to arrange a return pickup for damaged or faulty items (subject to availability)
Change-of-mind returns for local delivery orders follow the same 7-day store credit policy outlined above
