Returns & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@midnightsmokeco.com.au

Photos or video evidence (if relevant)
We'll review your case and respond with the next steps. Please note:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
