We offer distance-based local delivery throughout the Perth metro, with pricing calculated from our warehouse location.

Same-Day Delivery Guaranteed — your order will be delivered within 24 hours of the time it is placed.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are guaranteed to arrive by 10:00 PM the same day.

Your exact delivery zone and fee will be calculated automatically based on the distance from our Spearwood location to your delivery address.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post and offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150!

Standard Post - $9.95 (orders under $150)

• Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
• Delivery to WA, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS

Express Post - $14.95

• Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
• Delivery to WA, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS

Processing Time

Standard & Express

Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods or product drops, please allow an extra day or two for processing — we promise it'll be worth the wait.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after dispatch.

All orders include tracking, and you will receive email notifications with tracking information and delivery updates.

Age Verification

All deliveries require age verification. Our delivery drivers are instructed to verify that the recipient is 18 years or older before handing over the order. Valid photo ID may be required.

If the recipient cannot provide valid ID proving they are 18+, the delivery will not be completed.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents to protect your privacy.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected:

• Double-check your tracking link.
• Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
• If the issue isn't resolved, email us at info@midnightsmokeco.com.au, and we'll help chase it up.

Please note: once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it's out of our direct control. Midnight Smoke Co is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit — but we'll always do our best to help get it sorted.

Wrong Address or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We can't refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply).

Missed Same-Day Deliveries

If you are unavailable to accept your same-day delivery and there is no safe place to leave your order, the delivery will not be completed and the delivery fee is non-refundable. 

We will re-attempt delivery within 24 hours once we hear from you.

Local Pickup
