Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible. Midnight Smoke Co is a small Aussie business, and every order means a lot to us — so we handle each one with care.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods or product drops, please allow an extra day or two for processing — we promise it'll be worth the wait.

We offer distance-based local delivery throughout Perth metro, with pricing calculated from our O'Connor location:

Zone 1 - Inner Metro (up to 10km) - $35

  • Delivery fee: $35
  • Minimum order: $20

  • Same-Day Express Delivery (Perth Inner Metro - Select Areas) 

  • Delivered in as little as 1 hour

  • Maximum wait time: 4 hours 

  • Covers suburbs close to O'Connor including Mount Hawthorn, Leederville, Subiaco, West Perth, and surrounding areas

Zone 2 - Mid Metro (10km to 30km) - $45

  • Delivery fee: $45
  • Minimum order: $20

  • Same-Day Express Delivery (Perth Mid Metro - Select Areas) 

  • Delivered in as little as 1 hour

  • Maximum wait time: 4 hours

  • Covers suburbs including Scarborough, Morley, Claremont, South Perth, and surrounding areas

Zone 3 - Outer Metro (30km to 50km) - $55

  • Delivery fee: $55
  • Minimum order: $20

  • Same-Day Express Delivery (Perth Outer Metro - Select Areas) 

  • Delivered in as little as 1 hour

  • Maximum wait time: 4 hours

  • Covers suburbs including Joondalup, Fremantle, Rockingham (northern areas), and surrounding areas

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post:

Standard Post - $9.95

  • Delivery to WA, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS
  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

Express Post - $14.95

  • Delivery to WA, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS
  • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post processing times and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after dispatch.

All orders include tracking, and you will receive email notifications with tracking information and delivery updates.

Age Verification

All deliveries require age verification. Our delivery drivers are instructed to verify that the recipient is 18 years or older before handing over the order. Valid photo ID may be required.

If the recipient cannot provide valid ID proving they are 18+, the delivery will not be completed.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents to protect your privacy.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected:

  • Double-check your tracking link.
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
  • If the issue isn't resolved, email us at info@midnightsmokeco.com.au, and we'll help chase it up.

Please note: once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it's out of our direct control. Midnight Smoke Co is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit — but we'll always do our best to help get it sorted.

Wrong Address or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We can't refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply).

Local Pickup

At this stage, we don't offer local pickup, but we're working on options for the future.
